The primary goal of most mortgage lead generation websites is to generate a consistent flow of exclusive mortgage leads. Mortgage Lead Conversion is the third of three steps in Internet Mortgage Lead Generation. Before mortgage lead conversion and mortgage lead generation can take place, there first two components of Internet Mortgage Lead Generation must be satisfied:

1 Search Engine Optimized Mortgage Website

A mortgage web site that has been optimized for relevant mortgage keyword terms being used by the target audience. An SEO optimized mortgage website will build high search engine rankings over time and help generate traffic. A mortgage website or mortgage template website is also important to any mortgage campaign as it is the hub of all mortgage marketing activities online and off. When prospects see mortgage marketing or advertising, the first place they go is to the website, this means that a mortgage website not only helps generate more internet mortgage leads from online SEO activities, but directly helps convert more prospects from offline mortgage marketing activities into exclusive mortgage leads.

Many mortgage brokers and loan officers are quickly realizing that without a high quality mortgage website, they are missing out on a significant source of mortgage leads in their overall mortgage marketing strategy. They may have an older generation of website that hasn’t been updated by their mortgage website provider or they may not have a mortgage web site at all. As they search the market for possible mortgage website solutions, a few different options arise.

WordPress Mortgage Website Templates

Mortgage templates are a traditional low cost way for mortgage lead generation website providers to give their users high quality websites for a lower cost than that involved with building a custom mortgage website from scratch. Mortgage templates essentially prevent mortgage website design firms from having to start from scratch each time they build a website, lowering website build times and costs for the end user. Mortgage templates are a cost effective way to provide high quality websites that can still be customized, but without having to reinvent the wheel.

Every day mortgage companies invest money into offline mortgage broker marketing activities such as direct mail, flyers, radio and TV, among others for the purpose of generating exclusive mortgage broker leads. While careful thought and consideration is given to these offline mortgage marketing activities, many times very little thought is given to how their current mortgage broker web site directly affects the success of these activities and ultimately, the ability to generate mortgage broker leads.

FACT: Most prospects today consult your mortgage web site BEFORE contacting you after they are exposed to your offline advertising – This means that the wrong website will directly hurt your offline advertising ROI and ability to generate mortgage leads.

Cautious – In today’s market environment, prospects are more cautious than ever in choosing a mortgage broker to work with. Simply being exposed to your offline mortgage advertising is many times not enough to convince a prospect to contact your company.

Since today’s borrower often needs more reason than simply being exposed to your offline advertising to contact you, they often turn to your mortgage broker website to:

  • Learn About Your Company and Services
  • Build Trust With Your Company
  • Build a Rapport With Your Company

More free mortgage tools from LeadPress! This is the pricing tool we use day in and out to price deals. It was built when we realized that using a calculator was inefficient when pricing multiple pricing scenarios and when trying to compare scenarios and loan products. This spreadsheet makes comparing scenarios easy and when you are finished you simply save the spreadsheet as you client’s name and you have it for future reference.

This free mortgage broker tool enables you to price multiple deals using different pricing scenarios. The first row has three boxes that enable three different pricing scenarios for a specific product. We commonly price a No Cost Loan, a Cost Loan, and a Cost plus Points loan in each of these boxes. The second row enables you to do the same with a different product. We will commonly price a fixed rate product in the first rows and an adjustable rate product in the second rows. The third row will enable you to price an option arm and a 2nd as well.
