Web Developers

• Experience building and developing WordPress themes and plugins
• Experience with AJAX and JavaScript frameworks like JQuery
• Experience with API integration
• Experience with database design, optimizations and SQL
• Experience with XML
• Knowledge of HTML/XHTML, JavaScript, and CSS

Sales / Marketing

• Ability to contact, follow up on and close leads
• Ability to generate your own leads can lead to greater revenue share

SEO / SEM Pros

• Experience in running SEO campaigns
• Experience in link building
• Experience with lead conversion, landing page optimization
• Experience in setting up and managing PPC campaigns

Graphic Designers / Logo Specialists

• Experience in creating custom graphics and logos

Content Writers

• Experience in writing awesome flagship content and blogging
• Experience writing mortgage and finance related articles
• Experience writing market summary articles

Qualities We’re Looking For

• Communicative, patient and clear under tight deadlines
• Can work with team members and contractors to complete projects
• Has a desire to innovate and love to take on challenges with an open mind
